David Ko Real Estate is a Chicago-based investment property platform built for DKO LLC. David came to me with a clear goal: establish a professional web presence that could attract serious investors, capture leads, and surface high-value listing opportunities automatically.
I designed and built the full marketing site from scratch — clean, investor-focused, and optimized for trust and conversion. The site presents David's Chicago property network, highlights his track record, and funnels visitors into an email list for curated deal flow.
Beyond the marketing layer, I built an automated listing signal system that monitors real estate data sources and fires alerts when properties matching David's investment criteria hit the market. This keeps him ahead of the deal flow without manually scanning listings — the system does the work and surfaces the signal.
The email capture system is integrated with the site, feeding subscribers into a segmented list with automated onboarding sequences. The full stack runs on Vercel with a Next.js frontend and a lightweight backend for the signal logic and list management.
